    A dog is a long-term commitment. Hopefully, your dog will be with you for many, many years. It is important to spend the necessary time to train and care for your dog correctly, starting from the day you bring him or her home, so that you may have a loving, lifelong companion.

    Are you ready, willing and able to accept this responsibility?
    Do you plan to attend puppy classes and/or obedience training your puppy?
    During the puppy's first few months, will someone be available to give your puppy a midday bathroom break and a meal?
    Do you agree to contact us should you no longer be able to care for your pet so that we may assist you in finding a new home for him or her?
    Do you agree to NEVER relinquish this puppy/dog to a shelter?
    Do you agree to never sell or give away this puppy/dog without our knowledge and written consent?
    Is there anything else we should know to help us choose your puppy?
